McCormick Architecture's experience in residential developments of 5 acres and above is demonstrated by its work in developing Weston Hall on behalf of client Cooperative Wholesale Society (CW).

The scheme comprised 5 new villages of 500 houses, a hotel and a clubhouse, all overlooking a new PGA-sponsored championship golf course near Crewe, Cheshire.

McCormick Architecture handled the masterplanning and detailed planning negotiations for the residential element of the scheme.
