St David's Park is a fully integrated mixed use development covering 137 acres in total. Some 14 acres of residual land has been masterplanned by Redrow Commercial for office development. The ongoing work at St David's Park includes Vista, designed by McCormick Architecture.

The building comprises office accommodation on all three floors with a shared central core housing a reception space. The wings of office space emanate from the core at right angles, with the layout facilitating a single occupier or up to six individual occupiers, with one to each floor plate.

Features:
External elevations feature two-tone facing brickwork closely matching the adjacent development, terracotta tile cladding to selected areas of fire escapes, pitched roofs with slate grey Forticrete tiles. Curtain walling to the facade with double-glazed green-tineted glass and opaque look alike panels. Entrance canopy with planar type glass on brushed stainless steel tubular supports.
