Architecture and planning for the design of the new club house for Mollington Grange, Chester.

It was important to design the building so that from the bar areas, the first and tenth tees, and the ninth and eighteenth greens could be seen.

The Professional's shop is situated within the clubhouse building, overlooking the first tee to make sure he is able to control members, visiting societies, matches and competitions.
